Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that the item:
- Is unused and unworn
- Is in its original condition
- Includes original packaging and tags
- Is accompanied by proof of purchase
This aligns with the return period referenced on Wear Lidz’s site.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Wear Lidz LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
